Our contact form collects your full name, company name, email address, selected service, budget range (in EUR), and message. We use these details to respond, assess your project, prepare a proposal, and take steps towards a contract at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). For general business enquiries, our legitimate interest is to manage and answer correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).

Form fields are required to submit an enquiry. If you prefer not to use the form, you can email us instead. Please do not send sensitive personal information or confidential third-party data. We do not use contact submissions for automated decisions or automatically subscribe you to marketing.

Website hosting and form delivery may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, request times, and security logs to operate the site and prevent abuse. This supports our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure, reliable service (Article 6(1)(f)).

If you opt in to analytics, we process the resulting usage data based on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw that consent at any time using the analytics choice control in this policy.

3. Services that receive information

• Web3Forms: the contact form sends your submitted details to Web3Forms for delivery to our email inbox. See the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Email and hosting providers: provide the infrastructure used to host the site and receive and respond to enquiries.
• Google Analytics: when you consent, Google receives and processes site usage information. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Cal.com: booking links open an external booking page. If you choose to book, Cal.com processes the contact details, availability, and other information you provide there. See the Cal.com privacy policy.
• Stripe: if you start checkout, we send the selected service and price to Stripe. You enter payment and billing information on Stripe's hosted checkout, not in our contact form. See the Stripe privacy policy.

These providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their privacy notices explain processing locations and international transfer arrangements. Contact us for information about the safeguards applicable to your data, including adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses where required.

External links, including LinkedIn, take you to services governed by their own privacy and cookie policies. Booking and payment services are not embedded in this website.

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and related follow-up. If we enter a business relationship, relevant records are kept for that relationship and applicable accounting, tax, or legal retention requirements. Records needed to establish or defend legal claims may be kept for the applicable limitation period. You can request deletion of information that is no longer needed.
